We offer our introductory discount to new clients who sign a housing management contract with us for the first time. In this case, our first monthly service fee* will be waived.
*up to a maximum of 15 000 Ft

Tenant mediation fees
For successful mediation, an amount equivalent to 1 month's rent.
Rental management fee
After signing the contract, 10% of 1 month's rent, but at least 15 000.- Ft.
Additional services
The fee for our ancillary services are determined by individual agreements.
Property sales
Our management service fee is 1.5% of the sale price of the property.
