{"id":2950,"date":"2023-02-16T07:11:56","date_gmt":"2023-02-16T07:11:56","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/realhelp.hu\/?p=2950"},"modified":"2023-02-24T11:31:46","modified_gmt":"2023-02-24T11:31:46","slug":"a-birtokbaadasi-jegyzokonyv","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/realhelp.hu\/en\/a-birtokbaadasi-jegyzokonyv\/","title":{"rendered":"Protocol on the transfer of possession"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The most important document for the handover of the rental property to the tenant is the handover report.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The purpose of the possession report is to record the actual situation at the start of the tenancy, thus preventing any disputes that may arise later, especially when the tenant moves out.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Its main elements are: <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>factory number and position of the meter<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>keys to be handed over, door openers<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>list of fixtures and fittings<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>possible error lists<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>documents to be handed over on taking possession<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It is important that these are supported by photos or video, so that, for example, a crack that already exists cannot be attributed to the tenant.
